About Us:
Paradiso Pilates is a small boutique Pilates studio located in South Olathe, KS, offering private, duet, and group Pilates classes. Fully equipped with Balanced Body® Pilates equipment, we are passionate about empowering clients to achieve their fitness and wellness goals in a supportive and inspiring environment. As we celebrate 4 years of growth and success, we are seeking another skilled and enthusiastic Pilates Instructor to join our team.

 

Position Summary:
We are looking for a certified Pilates Instructor to lead private, duet, and group Reformer classes. The ideal candidate is passionate about Pilates, committed to helping clients improve their strength and flexibility, and dedicated to fostering an inclusive and motivating atmosphere.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver personalized Pilates sessions tailored to individual client needs and fitness levels.

• Lead engaging and effective group Reformer classes with clear instruction and demonstrations.

• Educate clients on proper form, technique, and safety to maximize results and prevent injuries.

• Build strong relationships with clients, promoting a positive and supportive studio environment.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio, including equipment setup and care.

• Collaborate with the studio owner and staff to support marketing efforts and community events.

• Comfortable selling products, classes and memberships.

• Conducting free trial classes for new clients

 

Qualifications:

• Comprehensive certification in Pilates (e.g., Balanced Body®, BASI, STOTT, or equivalent).

• Experience teaching private, duet, and group Reformer classes preferred.

• Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and injury prevention.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable, professional, and a team player

• Availability to teach weekdays, evenings, and/or weekends as needed.
